As we continue to grow, we are seeking a versatile and highly organized Office, HR & Safety Coordinator to establish and manage essential business operations.
This role is critical in developing and implementing office organization, HR processes, and safety protocols to support our expanding workforce and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to build and optimize our administrative infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration
  • Establish and maintain organizational systems for office operations, including document management, scheduling, and supplies procurement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office equipment, and facility maintenance needs.

Human Resources Support
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for hiring, onboarding, and employee record-keeping.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain confidential personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support employee relations efforts by providing guidance on HR processes and workplace culture initiatives.

Safety & Compliance
  • Build and oversee workplace safety programs, including OSHA compliance, safety training, and incident reporting procedures.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure Fab-Logix maintains a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with management to implement risk mitigation strategies and emergency response plans.
  • Maintain required safety documentation, training logs, and compliance records.

General Administration & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Support leadership with special projects and reporting as needed.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with state and federal employment laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in administration, human resources, or safety management within an industrial, construction, or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, safety regulations (OSHA), and office administration best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS or safety management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing policies and processes from the ground up is highly preferred.
